D-Link DSL-500G ADSL Router

This router was not working on at least several ADSL lines by TT&T on Phuket. With TOT it was working fine. The symptom can be seen on WAN->PPP Point to Point Protocol (PPP) Configuration page, the connection will stuck on Authen (Authentication) phase (Oper. Status column). Firmware version in our router was: R2.01.B4(021206a/T93.3.44)MA.a2. On one of these lines Hyundai HASE-270 was not able to establish ADSL link at all, however other routers (SMC, Zyxel, Linksys) were working fine.

Login into Web interface doesn't work properly with Mozilla Firefox (firmware R2.01.B4).
